Rhubarb-habanero jam

Muonio's Arctic rhubarb meets Southern Finland's Habanero chili. A warming side dish for pancakes, for example. But definitely try it with blue cheese.

The berries for the jams are picked in Tunturi Lapland, in what is proven to be the cleanest air in the world.

Rhubarb, sugar, water, pectin E440, habanero (Finnish), acidity regulators
(citric acid E330).
